1. Position Summary:

Rixos Phu Quoc is seeking friendly and professional Airport Welcoming & Farewell Hostesses to represent the resort at the airport, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth farewell experience for guests.

1. Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome & Farewell: Greet arriving and departing guests warmly and professionally.

• Assistance: Assist guests with directions, check-in coordination and basic inquiries.

• Coordination: Coordinate with transport and Front Office teams for guest flow

• Airport Presence: Ensure a visible, well-presented presence at airport touchpoints.
