To assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing the assigned kitchen operation of All-Day Dining “The Lounge” as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning, organization, direction, and control of all kitchen operations and administration.

The role supports the consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine, efficient daily operations, and strong team performance in line with the standards of All-Day Dining “The Lounge” and Park Hyatt Niseko.

**Qualifications:**
