Allied Health Manager (Sakina)

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operation of Allied Health Services, including the day-to-day operations of the allied health care departments and ensuring coordination with relevant clinical and nursing departments.

  • Provide leadership and act as a role model for Allied Health Department employees.
  • Support in the development of any Allied Health Services departmental annual business plan.
  • Be involved in developing and implementing cost improvement schemes through service redesign, cash allocation and income generation schemes, and ensure that service delivery is managed within financial and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and promote a business plan with other stakeholders that improve patient outcomes, including responsibility for the development of Allied Health management policies, protocols, initiatives & guidance and implementation of regulatory requirements. ...
