Responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across divisions
• Conduct strategic evaluations: acquisitions, capital structure, industry benchmarks
• Partner with leadership to drive performance and cost-efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, FASB, and audit readiness
• Lead cross-functional teams and implement new financial tools/reporting systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or MBA preferred
• 7+ years of financial management experience
• Strong background in SAP/Oracle, HRIS, GAAP, and valuation modeling (NPV, IRR, DCF)
