AM – Strategic Sourcing (Packaging & Consumables Procurement)

Role Overview:The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end procurement of packagingmaterials and consumables, ensuring timely availability, cost optimization, quality compliance, and uninterrupted supply. The role involves strategic sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement initiatives to support efficient business operations.Key Responsibilities:Procurement Operations Manage end-to-end procurement of packaging materials and consumables to ensure uninterrupted availability. Create, release, and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery ofmaterials. Monitor inventory levels and proactively plan procurement to avoid stock-outs.Strategic Sourcing & Cost Optimization Float RFQs, obtain competitive quotations, conduct vendor comparisons, and evaluate sourcing options. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, payment terms, and service agreements to achieve cost savings. Identify and develop alternate so...
