Role Summary
This role is responsible for the intake, review, and preparation of Unusual Activity Referrals (UARs) originating from the Legacy Enterprise Fraud team. The position serves as a critical link between Fraud Operations and Investigations, ensuring referrals are complete, accurate, and actionable for downstream investigative teams.
Key Responsibilities
+ UAR Intake & Case Creation
+ Receive, review, and process Unusual Activity Referrals (UARs) from the Legacy Enterprise Fraud team.
+ Create and properly document investigation cases within the designated case management system.
+ Case Development & Documentation
+ Compile comprehensive case narratives by clearly outlining the Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How of each referral.
+ Ensure all cases meet quality and completeness standards to support efficient investigation and decision-making.
