Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in payroll operations
- Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience handling confidential information
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet recurring payroll deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards
- Bachelor's degree, or experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications
