Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Preparation/collation of data and information for reporting purposes
- Preparation of internal memos, internal/external applications and related admin matters
- Be responsible for meeting arrangements within the team, as well as with other departments
- General administration support onexpats related matters
- Any other other duties as assigned
- The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration
- Basic or intermediate Excel skills
- Candidate with at least 2 years of working experience using Japanese language in business setting is neededas frequent communication with Japanese expats is required for this role.
