Analyst, Business Operations - FCO (LATAM Focus)

The Role

The Analyst, Business Operations (FCO) is based in LATAM and owns the day‑to‑day operational flows that enable efficient, high‑quality client onboarding. The focus of this role is execution, process improvement, and coordination.

A core part of this role is building toward scale. You will not just execute existing processes, you will document, systematise, and progressively automate them. Reap operates with an AI‑first mindset , and this hire is a foundational step toward an agentic onboarding operation in LAC. You will work closely with the Product and Tech teams to design workflows that can eventually be handed off to AI tooling, starting with KYB automation.

You will be the operational engine behind Reap’s LATAM onboarding experience: reducing friction, shortening timelines, and ensuring every client file is complete and well‑packaged before it reaches Compliance for review.
