The Role

This role will be part of Global Shared Services based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The FP&A Analyst will:

• Provide financial administration support for internal Franchise Sales and Development teams.
• Assist in the preparation of the compensation administration process and understand compensation plans in order to accurately calculate and process payouts in a timely manner.
• Play a role in the forecasting, tracking and reporting of key performance metrics through various scorecards, trackers and sales contests.
• Assist in partnering with FP&A to prepare analysis to help develop and implement compensation plans for the North American Franchise Sales and Development teams to ensure plans are aligned with corporate o...
