The Analyst - Inflight Scheduling Performance and Analysis will support the Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling teams by gathering data and conducting analyses related to Inflight Crew Staffing and Operations Performance . The Analyst position focus areas include but are not limited to: Identifying and developing process improvement opportunities, supporting the data analytics development for the organization, and providing data driven business insights related to crew productivity, scheduler efficiencies, ops reliability, reserve crew utilization, strategic initiatives, and potential changes to labor agreements.
