Job Summary:
- To provide support and assistance to agents/brokers for the firms leasing, sale and acquisition transactions.
- To assist in the gathering, processing, analysis, and presentation of property and market information.
- Manage and utilize market knowledge in preparing various comparable, listings, and presentations that aid clientsin their real estate requirements.
- Ensure that building database is accurate and up-to-date by conducting thorough area searches and constantliaison with building administrators and landlord representatives.
- Gather, process and analyse property information to be utilised for client requirements and market reports.
