Analyst, North American Stock Loan Operations

Overview

In this role, you will provide support to the North American Securities Lending Trading Desk by analyzing and instructing Equity and Fixed Income trade bookings as well as resolving escalated internal partner inquiries.

Responsibilities

You will support the Business Unit in assuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness of Business Unit operations, including mitigating risk, closing training/processing gaps, and supporting the implementation and enhancement of transaction booking. All responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the Code of Conduct, RBC Values, and Guiding Principles, ensuring adherence to Privacy Principles.

• Field and resolve escalations relating to internal cash and position reconciliation through a variety of channels, providing a disciplined approach using enterprise tools and best practices to support and guide the Business Unit.
