Analyst, Private Credit (AIA Investment Management)

Join us as Analyst, Private Credit at AIA Investment Management! As an Analyst within the Private Credit team, reporting to the Head of Private Credit, the incumbent will support the end-to-end execution and ongoing management of private credit investments. This includes conducting rigorous due diligence on new fund, co-investment and secondary opportunities, actively monitoring portfolio performance, and delivering high-quality reporting and insights to stakeholders. The majority of investments are in funds (where AIA acts as an investor or limited partner). The role will also contribute to enhancing investment and compliance processes through continuous improvement and adoption of best-in-class practices, while providing flexible support to team and stakeholder needs to ensure effective portfolio management and informed decision-making.
