Position Summary
Ares is seeking an Acquisitions Analyst with a strong interest in real estate investing to support the firm’s Self Storage Real Estate Group. This role will work closely with the acquisitions team and senior leadership to help identify, evaluate, and execute potential self storage acquisitions and developments, including supporting underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Essential Duties
Assist with financial underwriting models for self storage acquisitions and development deals
Support the acquisitions process by managing the pipeline and gathering and reviewing property level diligence materials, including financial and operating reports, unit mix, rent rolls, and leases
Conduct market research on self storage fundamentals, including market comps, supply analysis and market share review
