You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as an Analyst for the Strategic Equity Transaction team.
You will join the Strategic Equity Transactions (SET) team which focuses on tailor-made equity financing, equity stake management and treasury share solutions within the firms Global Markets Division. SET works in conjunction with the banks Coverage Bankers and Equity Capital Markets team to assist a broad range of clients in addressing issues related to listed equities.
Your concrete missions will be the following:
Research on clients, prospects and situations to generate ideas and identify potential opportunities
Assist with the preparation of client pitches and other marketing materials
Analyze corporate financial statements
Support modeling, pricing, economic and credit analysis of potential transactions
