Key Job Accountabilities:

• Working closely with Managing Agent, to:
  • Maintain portfolio models of assets managed by the Company or its affiliates
  • To monitor, evaluate and forecast performance for the purposes of optimizing results.
  • Review and analyse cashflow schedules to be prepared by Managing Agent
  • Oversee monthly noteholder reports, rating agency reports and any other reporting requirements as needed
  • Monitor transaction performance, update and review transaction risks (changes in concentrations, performance relative to triggers, compliance with covenants, etc)
