Our team provides advice to the Government on a range of economic policy areas, including banking, insurance, retirement income, capital markets, and overseas investment. We are responsible for three significant pieces of legislation: the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act, the Natural Hazards Insurance Act, and the Overseas Investment Act.
