Role Overview
The XMO Analytics Data Analyst supports the Experience Management Office (XMO) by analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data related to Digital Employee Experience. The role is responsible for transforming data from multiple sources into actionable insights, supporting Experience Level Agreements (XLAs), and enabling continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data collected through XMO processes to identify trends, patterns, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytical reports using tools such as Power BI.
- Support the definition, measurement, and reporting of Experience Level Agreements (XLAs).
- Translate business requirements and employee experience challenges into analytical use cases and reporting solutions.
