Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust data models using dbt to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to ensure high-performance data processing across Snowflake or BigQuery environments.
• Apply software engineering best practices to data transformation, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with data engineers to streamline ingestion and with analysts to define key business metrics and dimensions.
• Maintain and improve the data warehouse architecture to support scalable and reliable reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in data modeling and building clean, tested, and documented data models.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery.
