Role Overview
Drive end-to-end analytics for enterprise clients while building scalable BI solutions and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Own analytics engagements end-to-end for enterprise accounts — discovery to delivery
Primary analytics contact for key customers; run workshops and present to CXOs and Ops Heads
Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication and iterative solutions
Align analytics priorities across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales
