Anchor / Duty Manager | Kruger National Park, South Africa
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Anchor / Duty Manager to join a luxury 5-star lodge in the Kruger National Park.
Key responsibilities include:
-Delivering exceptional guest relations and personalized concierge services
-Managing reception operations and guest experiences from arrival to departure
-Training and leading lodge staff to maintain world-class service standards
-Coordinating with departments to ensure seamless daily operations-Managing stock control, administration, and financial processes
-Maintaining guest databases and ensuring attention to detail in all guest interactions
-Supporting conservation initiatives and the lodge's sustainability goals
Requirements:
-Minimum 4 years' hospitality experience, including leadership experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hotel environment
