Animal Health Supervisor – Poultry Farm Veterinarian

Responsible for the protection and enhancement of flock health, through a well-coordinated and executed farm biosecurity program, with special emphasis on strategic medication and vaccination interventions, flock immunity monitoring, farm sanitation and hygiene, good flock performance recording/reporting.

• Leads in the formulation and periodic evaluation of individual farm biosecurity programs.
• Coordinates the implementation of farm programs as assigned to their responsibility and monitors results and expectations.
• Coordinates with parent stock suppliers regarding the necessary technical adjustments for breed improvement.
• Performs epidemiological monitoring of disease incidence in the field for better control and prevention programs.
