Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacy Coordinator

Lead the Antimicrobial Stewardship program at Nova Scotia Health as a Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator. This permanent full-time hybrid position requires advanced clinical expertise and collaboration.
The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator will work closely with pharmacy leadership and partner with the AMS Physician Lead.
