Job Description
As a Kérastase Educator, you will be the driving force behind the growth and expertise of our partner salons. Reporting to the National Education Manager, you will inspire and empower hairdressing professionals by delivering world-class training on our iconic Kérastase products and services.
- Inspire & Educate: Facilitate engaging face-to-face and online training sessions, from academy programs to in-salon product demonstrations, ensuring our partners are at the forefront of hair trends.
- Drive Business Growth: Collaborate closely with Business Consultants to create and execute tailored education plans that drive salon retail sales and service revenue.
