This A/P Helpdesk role is responsible for supporting internal customers by resolving payment-related issues and providing guidance on accounts payable processes. This individual will respond to inquiries via phone and email, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution while following standard help desk procedures. The role requires maintaining accurate records of all interactions, escalating urgent issues when needed, and preparing reports or spreadsheets tied to account activity.
