Our client is looking to hire a success driven, AP Specialist with strong general ledger expertise. The AP Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and assisting with month-end and year-end close processes. As the AP Specialist, you will maintain the general ledger, perform balance sheet analysis, assist with expense analysis and reconciliation, complete fixed asset reporting, enter payroll journal entries into the ERP system, generate monthly bonus calculations, handle employee expense reimbursements, and provide other accounting support as needed. The ideal candidate for this role should have great problem-solving skills, excellent time-management and strong budgeting/forecasting abilities that will ensure revenue generation.
