APAC Financial Controls & Audit Manager

We are seeking an experienced compliance auditor to perform testing of financial controls for the Publicis Groupe in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of external audit experience, especially with one of the Big 4 firms and a Certified Public Accountant certification.

This role requires fluency in both English and Mandarin, along with strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include preparing audit files, communicating guidelines to CFOs, and assessing control deficiencies. Travel within Asia Pacific is required.
