APAC Payroll Expert - Systems & Compliance Leader

Novartis Farmacéutica is seeking a Payroll Expert in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will drive operational execution of payroll objectives and enhance service delivery while implementing and improving payroll systems across the APAC region.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of full-cycle payroll experience, be fluent in English and Chinese and have a strong grasp of payroll regulations. The position seeks someone with a problem-solving mindset and expertise in Workday and advanced Excel.
