Job Description
Your mission: turn satisfied customers into lifelong advocates. You will own the post‑sale P&L for a portfolio of tier‑1 insurers, drive upsell & renewal and ensure every client achieves measurable ROI on our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Own Net Retention ≥ 110 % and CSAT ≥ 90 % across 3-10 enterprise accounts.
- Run QBRs that showcase usage stats, ROI, product roadmap alignment and optimisation playbooks.
- Map org‑charts, uncover digital‑transformation initiatives and cross‑sell add‑on modules (mobile, analytics, low‑code).
- Lead commercial negotiations (renewals, change‑orders, upsell) to win‑win close within company discount guard‑rails.
- Champion customer needs internally by prioritising enhancements and escalating critical issues.
- Maintain CRM hygiene (Salesforce) so revenue forecasts and health scores are accurate in real time.
