Job Description
To support the Regional Director in managing DCPC business, key missions include overseeing countries’ marketing strategies and marketing plans in line with the guidelines, business priorities, and strategies of the region and the brands, and adapting locally whenever necessary.
Support the adoption and deployment of common digital, marketing and merchandising tools through the usage of Group libraries and platforms adapted to country needs. Foster the automation of data sharing.
Lead the regional marketing team to facilitate communication with brands, IBU HQ and countries, and to optimize all resources in conquering higher market share.
Share relevant information with the International Strategic Partnership team via best practices and regional monthly meetings with IBU HQ to optimize synergy across overall APAC markets. Serve as the single point of contact for APAC.
