The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of the audit process and the COSO framework, along with strong analytical, project management, and audit execution skills. They should be a self‑motivated professional capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment, with experience leading audit teams and managing multiple priorities effectively.
