About The Role
As the APAC HR SSC Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of HR services across the APAC region, ensuring excellence in execution, compliance, and a superior employee experience. This critical leadership role drives operational efficiency, manages risk, and champions continuous improvement within the HR SSC, spanning the full employee lifecycle from contract generation to offboarding.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all employee lifecycle processes.
- Drive standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high performance and data integrity across service delivery.
