Job Description
About the Position
We are looking for an AP/AR Analyst to join our Finance team for a permanent full‑time position working 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Manager and will manage and coordinate all aspects of billing and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end customer invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Run MCL in MOM for one of our business units to be sent to Head of IT.
- Monitor accounts receivable, track aging, and perform regular customer follow‑ups via email and calls to drive timely collections and reduce overdue balances.
- Perform revenue‑related reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of billed vs. recognized revenue.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (e.g., Partnerships, Operations) to validate billing data and resolve client‑specific issues.
