Job Description
- Design, develop, deploy, and maintain APIs using IBM API Connect.
- Configure and manage IBM DataPower Gateway for API security and traffic management.
- Develop RESTful and SOAP web services based on business requirements.
- Implement API security policies including OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, SAML, API Key, and Mutual Authentication.
- Create API products, plans, catalogs, and developer portals within IBM API Connect.
- Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, and other testing tools.
- Monitor API performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize API throughput.
- Integrate APIs with enterprise applications, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to define API strategies and standards.
- Participate in code reviews, deployment activities, and production support.
