APPLICATION AND SUPPORT ENGINEER

Role Summary:

The Application Technician/Engineer’s main role is to conduct evaluations and testing for material, equipment and products. They are the key person in the application and support department, helping R&D in testing equipment and assisting sales persons in the evaluation.

They are also required to provide on-site support, troubleshooting, and training, while assisting with product demonstrations. They will coordinate issue resolution, relay customer feedback to R&D, and oversee application trials and benchmarking. Occasional travel is required.
