About the Role
The role involves researching, designing, and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights & Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales applications. This includes conducting workshops to gather functional and technical requirements, creating user stories with acceptance criteria, deriving integration and migration strategies, and developing software solutions using .NET within Microsoft cloud technologies such as Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
