Application Engineer

Responsible for providing application solutions and technical support for semiconductor customers, acting as a trusted technical expert to support business development and product optimization. Responsibilities Provide professional technical and application support to become a trusted solution expert for semiconductor customers. Provide technical analysis and suggestions to the sales team, helping to avoid direct price competition with competitors. Put forward application suggestions and improvement plans to extend equipment maintenance cycles and improve customer satisfaction. Collect and summarize customer application issues and requirements, and feedback to product managers to optimize the product roadmap.
