Our client, a global technology-enabled organization, is seeking an experienced Application Engineer - Workday Compensation & Benefits to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and operational management of Workday solutions. This role focuses on Workday Compensation and Benefits modules while supporting integrations, security, reporting, and enterprise application optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, maintain system stability, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise HR platforms.
