Summary
The Application Engineer – Workday Compensation & Benefits provides functional and technical expertise in configuring, integrating, and supporting Workday solutions across Compensation, Benefits, and related HCM modules. This role ensures scalable, reliable, and compliant system performance while enabling business-critical HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to adjacent modules (Payroll, Integrations, Security, Data Conversion)
- Configure, customize, and maintain Workday applications and enterprise integrations
