Application Management Services Assistant Lead

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Application Management Services Assistant Lead
to oversee the ongoing support, stability, and enhancement of large-scale applications. This includes web applications, APIs, Windows services, console applications hosted on Windows servers, as well as React applications and microservices hosted in Azure (GCC). This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise and communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders, gather requirements, and clearly explain issues, root causes, and resolutions.
