Job Description
We are a well-known global HR Technology company looking for a seasoned Application Support Analyst for providing client services.
Job Duties:
Act as the escalation point for high-impact or technically challenging issues related to payroll platforms, resolving matters beyond frontline support.
Partner closely with engineering to investigate defects, reproduce issues, and contribute to fixes where needed.
Support both internal teams (e.g., HR users) and external clients by diagnosing problems, answering queries, and guiding them to resolution quickly.
Keep operations smooth by recommending practical, low-disruption solutions that get users back on track fast.
Own and drive support tickets through to closure using tracking tools—ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Triage incoming cases, identify priorities, and manage critical incidents with clear communication to stakeholders.
Troubleshoot across system layers—whether it’s bugs, setup/configuration ...
