Application Support Analyst

. Minimum 4-8 years' experience in application support, with exposure in the banking industry (is a plus). . Have basic technical skills, e.g., SQL, UNIX, microservices, CI/CD tolls etc. . Excellent analytical skills . Exposure to monitoring tools & automation. . Must have a loans-related domain domain background . Solution-oriented, business-focused with a mindset to constantly improve production quality and stability. . Good communicator and have managed operations & business.
