Must Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

3 10 years of hands-on experience in Life Sciences spanning development, implementation, and/or managed services/AMS functions

Familiarity with GxP and applicable compliance validation concepts including IQ/OQ/PQ, computerised system validation (CSV), and related documentation standards.

Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management following ITSM/ITIL frameworks.

Proficiency with ServiceNow and JIRA for ticket management, SLA tracking, and Agile project delivery.

Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate effectively with onsite/offshore cross-functional teams.

Hands-on experience with IRMS (Anju Software) including SFTP configuration and MuleSoft integration development.
