Application Support Engineer (Manufacturing / Automation Systems)

Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and enhance Shop Floor Automation (SFA) applications and system components Provide
24/7 Level 1 & Level 2 support to ensure smooth operation of production lines Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to improve system performance and availability Gather user requirements and develop new automation solutions, particularly for Equipment Manager systems Prepare and maintain technical documentation for system enhancements and processes Plan and conduct user training for assigned applications Support continuous improvement initiatives, including productivity enhancements and cost reduction projects
