Application Support Engineer

Working within the Operational Support and Efficiency team, the role focuses on RTB (run-the-business) activities. The Application Support Analyst handles on-call rotations, triaging and escalating issues during shifts. When off rotation, the analyst develops tools and platforms to improve operations, generates workload reports, and reviews business capacity needs.
