Application Support Engineer Requirements - 5 years of experience in Application Support for mission-critical systems, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Experience supporting applications related to:
- Lobbyworks (Workforce Monitoring).
- Watchlist.
- Building and Facilities Security Systems.
- Physical Access Control solutions for financial institutions.
- Hands-on experience with: Python, SQL.
Unix/Linux.
Web Services.
REST/SOAP APIs.
ServiceNow, StarFleet.
AppDynamics.
- Understanding of Application Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management in production environments.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and the financial services business.
- Experience using monitoring, reporting, and issue-tracking tools.
