Application Support Executive - Intern (Shift-Based, 24×7)

We are looking for a motivated Application Support Intern to join our 24×7 Application Support team . This role is ideal for Interns starting their IT career and interns seeking real-world exposure to live production systems in a hybrid, shift-based environment.

You will play a key role in monitoring applications, responding to incidents, and ensuring system availability around the clock.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 application support in a 24×7 environment
• Monitor applications, systems, and alerts during assigned shifts
• Respond to incidents, issues, and service requests within SLA
• Perform basic troubleshooting and initial root cause analysis
• Escalate complex or critical issues to Level 2 / Level 3 teams
• Maintain accurate incident records and documentation
• Support system deployments, maintenance, and release activities
