Job Description
The Application Support Manager – Pharma/SM is responsible for delivering comprehensive pre- and post-sales application support for the pharmaceutical and CRO vertical, as well as software solutions.
The role also involves planning and executing customer trainings, product demonstrations, workshops, and scientific presentations, both on-site and through virtual platforms.
This position reports to the Head-Application Support and is part of the Application Team located in Centre of Excellence-Bengaluru and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Deliver comprehensive pre- and post-sales application support for SCIEX platforms, including Triple Quad (QQQ), QTRAP, and High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (HRMS) systems, along with associated consumables.
+ Partner with customers to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS workflows, ensuring robust and reproducible methods across QQQ and HRMS tech...
