Role Overview
Ryzen Solutions is seeking a contractor for an onsite role in Palo Alto. You will build and manage the device ecosystem, focusing on hardware automation and virtual desktops. The goal is a zero-touch experience for a global team. You’ll be the go-to expert for Apple, Windows, and cloud desktop infrastructure.

Tech Stack
Apple: Jamf Pro (macOS & iOS)
Windows/Android: Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager

What You’ll Do
Device Management: Handle daily maintenance, patching, and security for all endpoints. Act as the final escalation point for complex issues.
